They are other materials that can be printed on aside from paper they use different machinery and I want to see how my images come across on different types of materials such as:

(These are supplies from the University of Huddersfield print room)

  • Acrylic sheets for UV printing A5, A4 & A3: Can also print on another materials that you provide such as metals, glass, copper, wood, canvas, leather, and many more as long as these materials are no thicker than 5mm.

  • Dye sublimation - Polyester Airtex

  • Dye sublimation - Polyester Chiffon

  • Dye sublimation - Polyester Dakota (Wool Look)

I know they will be many more materials out there I could use to print on and I want to research more into this and find out what I can possibly be able to print on. Presenting my work is important to raise awareness to the subject I am doing, this time it is disability but next time could be something different and I want my work to speak for myself, I want my photographs to mean something and have a purpose. Photographs can speak a 1000 words and I want these word to count and make an impact on the audience, by doing this I want to be able to help people who can not speak up from themselves.
